About the Founder

Wanda Jennings is the owner and founder of Sow Empowered Enterprises, LLC. Born in a small town in Louisiana and raised in Mississippi, Wanda now resides in Hampton, VA. She is a proud mother of three amazing daughters and grandmother to two wonderful grandchildren.

After retiring from the Air Force with 24 years of service, Wanda pursued her passion for massage therapy, first as a sole proprietor and later as an instructor, completing her degree in the field. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to personal growth and helping others.

Wanda's passion for sewing and sowing into the lives of others drives her mission to empower individuals to turn their passions into purpose. Through Sow Empowered Enterprises, she continues to inspire and equip others to achieve their fullest potential.
